Dear Ouray Community,

None of us need another long-winded email about the Covid-19 situation so we’ll keep this brief.  Thanks for your continued support and we hope you, your family and friends stay healthy and safe.  We just wanted to send a quick message about what you can expect from us in the coming weeks:

  1. Our facility and production are shut down temporarily until the stay at home order is lifted.  That could be anywhere from 2-4 weeks from now.  We expect to produce and ship  orders with March/April ship dates as soon as we can once the facility is re-opened and production is ramped back up.  It’s possible we may re-open earlier as we are partnering with a protective mask manufacturer.  Please contact us for further information.

  2. We do have sales, administrative, customer service and artists working from home to support the business and your needs.  The best way to contact us is via email to your sales rep or customer service rep.  If you call into the office, please leave a message, we’ll retrieve it and call you back.

  3. We have plenty of inventory on hand to fulfill future orders when you are ready.  Please keep Ouray in mind for your decorated sportswear needs.
